Please fill out the registration form and email it to Ana Rakonjac or send by fax to +64-3-479-0964. The form is available in a number of formats: PDF, DOC, or ODT.

The registration fee is $50 NZD for Australian Optical Society (AOS) members and $100 NZD for non-members. To become an AOS member, click here. Student membership is $20 AU or free for new student members, so be sure to join up before registering for KOALA!

Registration is not complete until payment is received. Payment can be made by cheque or credit card. Details can be found on the registration form. For payment inquiries, contact Ana Rakonjac.
